SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Delta Silver Line Consulting LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program description

Delta Silver Line Consulting LLC offers an SMS program to send transactional and service-related messages to consumer lending clients, including: loan application status updates, document and income-verification requests, payment reminders, appointment confirmations, account or engagement updates, and responses to inbound inquiries.

2. Consent (opt-in)

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

• Submitting the SMS opt-in form on our website with the consent checkbox selected;
• Signing an engagement letter that includes SMS consent language; or
• Providing verbal consent during a call that is confirmed to you in writing.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement and the messages you have opted in to receive. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us or texting START.

5. Help (HELP)

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message or email support.delta@gmail.com.

6. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy of mobile data

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide to Delta Silver Line Consulting LLC in connection with the SMS program is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to support your engagement with us. 8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
